Professionals Nord is looking for a service consultant on behalf of JOBmeal in Gällivare.

Job responsibilities
As a service consultant, you will be responsible for basic operations, service, and maintenance of JOBmeal's coffee and water machines at companies in Gällivare and surrounding areas. The role is based at JOBmeal's office, but most of the working hours are spent at customer sites. You will be a valued contact person ensuring that customers always receive the highest possible quality – both in terms of the machines and the service. You will receive a thorough introduction that will help you feel secure in your new role.

Examples of job responsibilities:

·       Troubleshooting minor technical issues with coffee and water machines

·       Refilling and maintaining machines to ensure optimal operation

·       Ongoing customer contact and feedback regarding actions taken

We are looking for someone who…
Has a technical interest or experience in service work. If you have professional experience in field service or customer-facing roles, it is advantageous – but the most important thing is your willingness to learn and grow in the role. A B driver's license is required.
